Comfort Quilt for a Friend

This is a throw that I made for a friend that is having surgery this week.  It was given to her today and hopefully it will be of use to her during her recovery.

Baby Quilt for Emily

I made this quilt for Emily Andersen.  I work with her and she is having a baby boy in June.  We are having a shower next week, so it needed to get done!  It is a strip paper piecing class that I took online.  I think I like this technique and might try it again.
